Cancellation/ No Show policy There will be a 50% fee for any cancellation within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. For all no-show appointments there will be a 75% cancellation fee. After 3 missed appointments you will be banned from making any future appointments. Deposits are non refundable Late policy If you are more than 5 minutes late a $10 late fee will be added to your service. If you are late 10 minutes or more you’re appointment will be considered a no show and will be canceled and will be charged accordingly per cancellation policy. STANDARD POLICY NO EXTRA GUEST; children are excluded I understand if you do not have a babysitter. Please arrive with NO make up, mascara, or lash glue on or around the eyes. If you arrive with ANY make up, mascara, or lash glue on your eyelashes you will be charged a $10 / cleaning fee. DO NOT APPLY MASCARA OR STRIP LASHES ON TOP OF YOUR EXTENSIONS. If you apply mascara or lash strips to your lash extensions you will be required to remove lashes to prevent infection. $15 lash removal fee. FILL POLICY PLEASE BOOK ACCORDINGLY. You are required to have 40% of you previous set to book any fill. If you do not have 40% of your previous set a full set is required. If you need a 3 week fill and you book a 2 week fill. You will be charged the price of a full set. 48 HOUR POLICY If you are having any irritation, discomfort, or excessive loss of lashes you have 48 hours to contact me for a complementary fix.
